About Me

I am passionate about creating movement experiences that stay with you long after the class ends. My approach is rooted in listening communication—tuning into both the group’s energy and the individual’s needs. I believe that movement is more than just exercise; it’s an opportunity to connect, reflect, and explore.

With a background as a gymnast, a degree in public health science, and years of experience as a group fitness expert and educator, I have led a wide variety of classes—from dance and spinning to functional training. Today, my heart beats strongest for functional yoga and floorwork, where strength, flow, and presence meet.

In recent years, I have also explored the connection between nature sound and health together with my colleague Maria Olofsson through our concept Inner Strength SOUND. We dive into how guided sound experiences together with movement and breathwork can enhance recovery, presence, and overall well-being, creating space for deep listening—both inward and outward. For individuals, groups, and organisations.

In addition to teaching, I specialize in developing training programs and educational concepts tailored to the needs of instructors and organizations. I am dedicated to creating and refining training that not only enhances communication and leadership skills but also equips instructors to adapt their sessions with flexibility, ensuring they meet the specific needs of their participants. I also offer instructor evaluations and individual coaching to support continuous development, helping instructors enhance their communication, presence, and leadership abilities.

Nature is my greatest source of inspiration. I am deeply fascinated by research on how nature impacts our health and how we can rest and move in rhythm with the seasons and elements—everything connected in a circle. In our Inner Strength-educations, we use the circle as a guiding model. It serves as a framework for listening communication and leadership in The Art of Listening and offers guidance for class design in 4 Elements Breathwork.

Through AerobicWeekends, which I co-run today with my husband Henrik Bramsved, I have had the opportunity to inspire and educate instructors, lead events, and create training experiences that bring people together through movement all over the world.

Creativity runs through everything I do, and I love bringing ideas to life through meaningful projects. I collaborate with companies and individuals who share a passion for purpose-driven work and who lead with heart.

Inspirit means to fill with life, energy, and inspiration. It’s about awakening something within—encouraging movement, presence, and connection. To inspirit is to breathe life into ideas, to spark curiosity, and to empower others to explore their potential.
