Events
Over the years, I’ve led teacher trainings, training camps with Aerobicweekends, presented classes for Nike, Icebug and more, and designed business-focused sessions that weave together movement, recovery, and inspiration - always adapted to the people and the setting.
One of my favorite formats are Inner Strength SOUND - created together with Maria Olofsson - where we guide movement, meditation, or rest through guided audio experiences inspired by nature and the scandinavian seasons. These can be delivered live through headphones, or as immersive installations at conferences, in the forest, at hotels/spa, or anywhere you want to offer people a moment of presence.
