With a background in gymnastics, public health science, and almost 20 years of experience as a group fitness/yoga instructor and educator, I’ve led a wide range of classes – from dance-inspired sessions to functional training and yoga. These days, I’m especially passionate about functional yoga and floorwork, where strength, flow, and awareness meet.
Together with Maria Olofsson, I explore the connection between nature, sound, and health in our concept Inner Strength SOUND – a practice inspired by the rhythm of the seasons, using guided audio instructions, nature sound, movement, and breath to deepen recovery and presence for individuals, groups, and organizations.
I also develop training programs for instructors and organizations, with a focus on communication and leadership. These programs can be tailored to specific studios or training centers and delivered under their own brand. Together with Henrik Bramsved, I run AerobicWeekends – a family business through which we lead events, educate instructors, and bring people together through movement around the world.
