Through mindful breath and intentional movement, Aerial Yoga lifts your practice off the mat, combining the freedom of being suspended with the benefits of traditional yoga. The hammock supports and challenges your body, allowing you to explore strength, flexibility, and balance in new ways, while also creating space for relaxation and recovery.
Aerial Yoga is all about movement and exploration. Each pose, transition, and flow invites you to find your own balance in the air, focusing on mobility, stability, and core strength. The practice encourages you to move in ways that feel right for your body right now, blending the joy of flight with the mindfulness of yoga.
