MoveLab is for movement practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the body in motion. This is not a concept. It is a way of understanding how the body organizes itself in movement.

Movement does not begin with speed or intensity, but with how we use the body in relation to the ground. MoveLab is built through three progressive layers that create a natural path from body awareness, to force control, and finally into dynamic and expressive movement.

Layer 1: Foundation
We begin with the body’s connection to the ground, developing awareness, stability, mobility, and core function.

The goal is to create a body that is organized before it produces force.

Layer 2: Force & Control
Once the foundation is established, we explore how the body creates, transfers, and regulates force through pressure, push/pull dynamics, and integrated movement chains.

The goal is to develop control over force - not just the ability to generate it.

Layer 3: Movement Expression
In the final layer, force and control are integrated into speed, flow, direction, and dynamic movement sequences.

The goal is to create efficient, functional, and expressive movement.

For who?

This is for you if you want to take the next step in your movement practice.

You may:

  • Have experience in yoga, Pilates, core, or functional training

  • Want to explore new movement-based ways of working with the floor

  • Be looking for more variation, creativity, and flow

  • Want to deepen your own practice - and through that, your teaching

You do not need to be an instructor - but you do need to be curious.

What you will explore

  • Connection to the floor: how your points of contact create the conditions for the next movement

  • Pressure, weight, and direction - using push, release, and pull to create flow and control

  • The relationship between stability and mobility - building a strong, adaptable body that moves without unnecessary compensation

  • Spirals and elasticity: how spiral and diagonal movement patterns activate the body’s fascial network and create greater connection throughout the body

  • Flow and transitions: how positions are connected into seamless movement

  • Body awareness and the nervous system: sensing, adjusting, and finding the right amount of tension at the right moment

  • Creativity and variation: tools to explore, combine, and create your own movement sequences

Sign up for the next training!
