Strength from the inside out
 

Concept by me and Maria Olofsson. Inner Strength is a movement experience inspired by functional training, Pilates, and yoga. Each session is designed with a sense of tempo and flow, guiding you through seamless sequences that are first performed on one side of the body and then repeated on the other.

Anchored in the guiding principles breathe, move, sweat, and flow, the session creates a natural balance between grounding presence, intentional movement, dynamic challenge, and rhythmic transitions.

It’s a practice that builds strength from the inside out - fluid, energising, and deeply connecting.

Inspirit means to fill with life, energy, and inspiration. It’s about awakening something within—encouraging movement, presence, and connection. To inspirit is to breathe life into ideas, to spark curiosity, and to empower others to explore their potential.
